Your free trial is a full, real class — not a watered-down taster. You train with the group, learn genuine fundamentals and get a feel for the coaching and the atmosphere. It's perfect for the "I'm not sure which art is right for me" newcomer, because you can experience a style first-hand rather than guessing from a website. We'll lend you any equipment you need, so all you bring is comfy clothing and a water bottle. There's nothing to pay and no pressure to continue.

How the trial works

2. Come along. Arrive a few minutes early, meet a coach and join the session. We'll look after you from the door to the final bow.
3. Decide. Loved it? We'll talk you through your options. Not for you? No problem and nothing owed.

What's included in membership

Membership gives you access to your classes across our weekly timetable, coaching from experienced instructors, and a route through the grading syllabus where your style uses one. Crucially, classes run year-round with real continuity — we keep training through the school holidays, so there are no long breaks that stall your progress or your child's momentum. Young members training with us can also earn Children's University credits (Passport-to-Learning hours), as we're a recognised UK Children's University learning destination.
